The Youth Of Gooroo Controllers
Gooroo Controllers was founded in 2021 by four partners with complementary backgrounds in sound and live music, including Élio Agostini, who was the first to propose the idea of having a remote display for a MIDI controller, Florian Pancrazi, Rachid Chebbab, and Nicolas Vienot.
Together, they developed a project designed to enhance their professional practice and reflect their shared passion for musical creation and production.
Prototype
After several alpha versions, the first prototype of the LIOBOX was born. A significant part of the development took place during the 2020 lockdown, a period when sound engineers had no concerts or dates, allowing them to devote themselves fully to the project. They also chose to rely on French partners for the entire development process.
LIOBOX²
To further develop the product, we expanded the team and strengthened the R&D department. Thanks to user feedback, the team designed the second version of the LIOBOX, conceived to meet essential needs such as simplicity, robustness, and originality.
Today, Gooroo Controllers continues its development with a stable team, driven by the same passion and creative vision: to create tools dedicated to live performance. Every update and improvement is directly inspired by community feedback. Our story is written thanks to those who use the Liobox every day.

2021
The V1 Launch
We set out by creating a one-of-a-kind product. Our vision was to streamline the workflow for audio engineers and musicians, making it easier for them to navigate their sessions and allowing them to gain efficiency and accuracy.
2022
The Accessories
We launched the first version of the LIOBOX, accompanied by the COCOON and the LIO-BASE, complementary products, thus expanding our range to meet a variety of needs.
2023
The V2 Launch
We elevated the Liobox to its second version, introducing significant upgrades and enhancements. This new version boasts a wide array of innovative features.
