Refund policy

The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the product.

After notifying the seller of their intention to withdraw, the buyer has 14 days to send the product to the following address:

The buyer must return the product and its accessories in their original condition, complete, and allowing resale in new condition. If possible, the return should also include the purchase invoice.

Once the return has been received by our technical department, the products will be examined. If the products are in good condition and can be sold again as new, the buyer will receive a refund within 14 days, using the same method of payment used for the order.

If the returned product, accessories, or packaging are damaged, incomplete, dirty, or require cleaning, repair, replacement, or repackaging before being resold, refurbishment or reconditioning fees may be deducted from the refund amount. The amount deducted will depend on the condition of the returned item and the costs required to restore it to a sellable condition.
