Privacy policy

The data provided by the buyer at the time of registration is for the exclusive use of the seller, and will under no circumstances be distributed or sold by the seller to a third party.

In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law of January 6, 1978, amended by the law of June 20, 2018 and by order no. 2018-1125 of December 12, 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the buyer has the right to access, modify, withdraw, transfer and limit the processing, to object to the storage of his personal data by contacting by email contact@gooroocontrollers.com and identifying the data concerned, enclosing a copy of a valid form of identification. By deleting personal data on the seller's site, the buyer is exposed to the automatic non-communication of updates provided by the seller, and must keep himself informed by his own actions.
